This privacy policy explains how PMAlerts uses the information that you give PMAlerts when you use PMAlerts.

What personally identifying information (PII) does PMAlerts collect?

The PII that PMAlerts collects depends on how you use PMAlerts. If you don't register for a PMAlerts account, you may still provide your email address. You may also decide to use a unique identifier in the form of a account management link. You may also interact with PMAlerts via chat applications, such as Slack. When you interact with PMAlerts through chat applications, your unique identifier within the domain of that chat application will be stored. For Slack, this includes your Slack User ID and Slack Username. PMAlerts uses a combination of these data points in order to identify your account within the application.

If you purchase a PMAlerts subscription, your payment will be transacted by Stripe. The payment is processed by a third-party secure server to ensure the safe transmission of the sensitive information. PMAlerts doesn't store or have direct access to your payment information at any time.

PMAlerts uses your information to enhance our products and services, to facilitate billing, to offer customer support, and to perform research. It doesn't use your information to sell advertisements, and it doesn't sell your information to third-parties.

PMAlerts doesn't share your email address or other personally identifying information with any third parties, except our service providers that provide services on your behalf. These service providers may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but are not permitted to share or use such information for any other purposes, and each are subject to their own privacy policies set forth to protect the sensitive information.

What tracking information does PMAlerts collect?

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. This file is used to analyze web traffic.

PMAlerts analyzes data about webpage traffic to improve our website. We only use this information for statistical analysis.

How can I delete my data from your servers?

Contact m@pmalerts.com and your data will be hard-wiped within 72 hours.
